Ingredients

  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 4 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3/4 cup water + 2 tbs water
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt to taste I added around 1/2 teaspoon

  • Mix oil and salt in flour and mix it well. Rub flour with your palm.

  • Mix water and make a smooth dough.Let it rest for 15 minutes

  • divide the dough into 12 equal balls
