Equipment

  • " class="wprm-recipe-equipment-link">Oven

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Bread Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tsb Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsb Salt
  • 1 Tsb Dry Yeast
  • 1 Tbsp Butter

Instructions

  • Prepare the Yeast. Mix water, sugar and yeast in one bowl and let it sit until you see the air bubbles in the mix. This means yeas is active now. I sometimes add a spoon of flour to make sure that it is working as I want.
  • Mix the Dough, slowly start adding the yeat mix and start kneading the dough so that you do not end up adding more water. Sometimes you need more or less water due to different flour type and quality.
  • Let the dough rise. You can also use your oven for good poofing the bread. Just select the lowest temperature and preheat the oven. Then, please turn it off, slide the dough covered with cotton, and keep it inside the oven for one hour. I get the perfect result every single time.
  • Now divide the dough into four equal parts and then start shaping each piece similar to what hot dog buns share. You can simply make a ball and then slightly roll it using your palm on the board.
  • Poofing the bread again for an hour.
  • Put it in the Pan (Or on a Cookie Sheet) and Bake It in over around 180°C  for 20 minutes.
