Ingredients

  • 2 cup tomatoes puree or 1 can of tomatoes puree
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil I used sunflower oil
  • 2 tablespoon all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon red chilies Prefer Mexican chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 1/2 cup of water
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • All the ingredients
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add all purpose flour and stir it well
  • Add tomatoes puree and water, mix it well
  • Add chili,garlic,onion powder and salt
  • Simmer it on low flame for 5 minutes.
