Ingredients

  • 2 cup all purpose flour
  • 10 gm Dry yeast
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 Tso Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Pesto
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 100 gm Asparagus

Instructions

  • Mix 2 cups of flour, a pinch of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of yeast. Add Oil and Water & Knead into Dough Forming a Ball of Dough. Now Let the dough rise for about an hour (or until double in size)
  • Shape the Dough. Brush with Olive oil, Spread Pesto and then topping the pizza with Asparagus.
  • Grate the Parmesan cheese on the pizza (optional). You can also use mozzarella
  • Bake at 190 C for 15 minutes
