- 2 cup all purpose flour
- 10 gm Dry yeast
- 1 cup water
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 1/2 Tso Salt
- 1/2 Cup Pesto
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 100 gm Asparagus
Mix 2 cups of flour, a pinch of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of yeast. Add Oil and Water & Knead into Dough Forming a Ball of Dough. Now Let the dough rise for about an hour (or until double in size)
Shape the Dough. Brush with Olive oil, Spread Pesto and then topping the pizza with Asparagus.
Grate the Parmesan cheese on the pizza (optional). You can also use mozzarella
Bake at 190 C for 15 minutes
