Ingredients
3ripe bananas300 gm puree
100gm Sugar
250gm Self raising flour
1/2cupbutterabout 3 tablespoons
3-4drops of vanilla essence
2tablespoonsegg replaceror simply add 2 egg
1teaspoonbaking soda
Instructions
Mix banana and sugar in blender. I usually don’t waste time in mashing the banana and mixing sugar in it, simply use blender to do this task.
first combine flour and baking soda, then add banana puree ,butter , vanilla and egg replacer and mix in. Mix in for 1 minute to make moist and soft batter
pour batter into a loaf pan(remember to polish some butter inside all sides of the pan before you pour the batter)
Bake it in preheated oven for 35-30 minutes at 200 degrees C or till it become golden brown.
Notes
Let the bread cool in normal temperature before you cut it.
