Ingredients
250gm bharwan mirch/jalapenos
5tablespoonsoil
1teaspoonmustard seeds
1tablespoonoil
1cupChickpeas flourBesan
1teaspoonturmeric powder
1teaspoonred chili powder
1 1/2teaspooncoriander powder
1teaspoongaram masalaoptional
1onionoptional
Instructions
Cut onion in small pieces
Heat the pan and add chickpeas flour, mix it well for 30-40 seconds then add turmeric,red chili,garam masala, salt, coriander powder , onion and 1 tablespoon oil ,and again mix it for 1 minute. ( basically add rest of the ingredients mentioned in “For Stuffing section”). Mix well.
Slit the jalapeños from center and stuff the mixture.
Heat the oil (5 tablespoons) and add mustard seeds, once the mustard seeds are crackled, add stuffed jalapeños.
Cook jalapeños on low heat till they start getting brown

If you like you can add lime, or a tea spoon Amchur(mango powder) ka powder .
