Pav Bhaji

Ingredients

  • 2 medium size potatoes cubes
  • 2 cup caluliflour peices
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1 big capsicum chopped
  • 2 medium size tomatoes chopped
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 2 medium size onions finely chopped
  • 1 cup carrots cubes
  • 3-4 peices of garlic

For Masala

  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmaric powder
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon garam masala powder
  • 1 tablespoon pav bhaaji masala
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions

  • Cut all the vegetables into small pieces
  • Steamed all the veggies except onions,tomatoes and garlic
  • mash lightly
  • Heat oil in the pan, add cumin seeds,garlic and tomatoes,onions
  • Add mashed vegetabels
  • Add rest of the masala, mix it well,simmer mixture on low flame for 10 minutes

For pav

  • Cut pav into two pices and apply some butter both the sides
  • now pan fry pav till pavis golden brown
  • Garnish bhaji with butter and onions and serve hot with crispy pav
