- 2 medium size potatoes cubes
- 2 cup caluliflour peices
- 1 cup green peas
- 1 big capsicum chopped
- 2 medium size tomatoes chopped
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 2 medium size onions finely chopped
- 1 cup carrots cubes
- 3-4 peices of garlic
For Masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon turmaric powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 tablespoon garam masala powder
- 1 tablespoon pav bhaaji masala
- Salt as per taste
Cut all the vegetables into small pieces

Steamed all the veggies except onions,tomatoes and garlic

mash lightly

Heat oil in the pan, add cumin seeds,garlic and tomatoes,onions

Add mashed vegetabels

Add rest of the masala, mix it well,simmer mixture on low flame for 10 minutes

For pav
Cut pav into two pices and apply some butter both the sides

now pan fry pav till pavis golden brown

Garnish bhaji with butter and onions and serve hot with crispy pav
