- 4 cup macaroni elbow
- 500 gm cheddar cheese
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 3 cup milk
- ¼ cup all purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon mustard powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon dried paprika

- ¼ teaspoon black pepper powder
- a handful chopped spring onion for garnishing
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Boil macaroni until al dente then drain pasta
- melt the butter in pan, Add all purpose flour and stir continuously
- add milk and stirring until it become smooth.
- add mustard ,garlic,paprika,oregano and pepper powder.keep stirring
- add cheese , keep stirring
- Once it is slightly thick, pour cheese sauce over macaroni and mix well.
- now its time to work on baking dish, add few drops of olive oil and spread.
