Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup rice flour
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1-2 small green chilies chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon cooking soda
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients
