Bharwan Mirch Recipe, How to make Stuffed Jalapeno, How to make Besanwali Bharwan Mirch

Bharwan Mirch recipe is one of the very common recipes of Mirch(Jalapeno) in India. This one is a bit different from the others and everyone favorite in our house, so I thought of adding it in my blog too. We add onion and I also do not keep seeds inside after cutting the Jalapeno. I feel that seeds are not very digestive and also add a more spicy flavor. I prefer to have a balanced taste of every ingredient in the recipe. I mean all should equally taste, it should not be dominated by any one of the ingredients. Something typical me, please ignore if you feel that it is too much to digest :).

Besan wali bharwan more popular in northern and western India. You can have this with hot Chapatis/parathas ( Indian bread). So here is the Indian traditional recipe of Jalapeno.
