Spinach Saag paneer is completely vegetarian and very nutritious curry. Palak paneer is my all-time favourite rite. I feel that it’s one of the guilt-free curries you can have with Naan brushed with a lot of butter. Something I am ready to make any time. Unlike another paneer curry, this one is full of greens. I never forget to buy baby spinach weekly. It stays crunchy for at least a week, and also a great addition to omelette and pasta. or you can just enjoy it with the little veggie wrap.
What is palak and paneer?
Spinach is called palak in hindi, and paneer is Indian cottage cheese. Palak paneer is very popular in North India. It is served in every north Indian food restaurant. I like spinach a lot.
